My practice has been limited to criminal defense law for over forty (40) years. I have practiced criminal law throughout the State of Michigan as well as Florida, New York, Indiana, Nebraska and Ohio, both at the state and federal levels.
The types of cases that I have successfully defended range from simple drinking and driving offenses to first degree murder and complex state and federal drug offenses. I have also been successful in obtaining reversals on appeal to the Michigan Court of Appeals, Supreme Court and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
My view as to successfully practicing criminal law is simple: First be honest with the client and then out work, out prepare and out perform the other side.
